Efim Zelmanov, the Fields Medal Winner and the Member of the National Academy of Sciences expressed his reason for coming to the Greater Bay Area and working in the Southern University of Science and Technology.

They have an International Center for Mathematics at SUSTech in Shenzhen, with a very large number of visitors from all countries to hold international conferences every month.
